VTG. COLLECTIBLE AYNSLEY FOOTED TEACUP AND SAUCER MADE IN ENGLAND THISTLE NICE !

Up for sale we have this used vintage collectible Aynsley purple thistle bone china teacup and saucer made in England.
Please study the photos as they are an important part of the item description.  First off, this is an estate sale find and in very nice condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, in fact, I believe is was used for display only, but I can't be certain.  This teacup and saucer are gorgeous!  Tiny purple thistle flowers cover the saucer and are outside and inside the teacup with gold painted trim around the edge of the saucer, the teacup foot and top edge and the handle as well.  The gold paint shows no wear.  As you can see from the photos, the maker's mark is on the bottom of both pieces.  The saucer measures 5-1/2 inches in diameter and the teacup is 2-3/4 inches tall by 3-3/8 inches wide opening.  Indeed a lovely addition to your vintage Aynsley collection.
