    Jean Gille Paris Hand Painted Victorian Lady Humidor Tobacco Box Jar C.1845-50s
    Nice mid 19th century hand painted bisque porcelain figural Victorian lady humidor / tobacco box jar. Has a raised JG mark on the inside of the top of the box. This mark was used by Jean Gille in Paris. Circa 1845 to 1850s.
    Has several chips along the inside of the base of the box, and a tight crack through the center of the base, but otherwise good condition.
    Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide x 8 5/8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
