ALITTLE BIT ABOUT US IS WE HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO RECIEVE A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE MIXERS, OVENS, SLICERS, SKILLETS, ETC... FROM ABOUT 24 OF THE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARDS IN FLORIDA SOME IN GEORGIA AND A FEW IN ALABAMA. AND AS LONG AS THEY ALLOW US TO PURCHASE THE EQUIPMENT WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP PASSING THIS HIGH END EQUIPMENT ON TO EBAY CUSTOMERS. AND NO! WE ARE NOT EQUIPMENT DEALERS. WE ARE JUST A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS. THE EQUIPENT WE RECIEVE HAS ONLY BEEN USED FOR MINUTES A DAY NOT 10-12 HOURS A DAY, AS A NORMAL RESTRAUNT WOULD USE. AND NOT USED ON SAT. OR SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, OR SPRINGBREAK AND CLOSED FOR 3 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR. MOST OF OUR EQUIPMENT MAY HAVE SOME YEARS ON THEM, THEY HAVE LITTLE USE AND NO ABUSE! AND OF COURSE VERY, VERY WELL MAINTAINED.

Up for sale is a used FWE UHS-12 Insulated Mobile Heating Cabinet,  Model: UHS-12 , 120 Volt. 12 Tray Capacity. Hinged on right side.
Heated Cabinet, mobile, (12) universal tray slides, (12) 18" x 26" or (24) 12" x 20" pan capacity, 4-1/2" OC, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, Humi-temp heat & humidity system, adjustable thermostat, individual controls, insulated, removable humidifier pan.
This holding cabinet came out of a cooking school located here in Florida.
