Aynsley Pattern 1399 Green & Gold Floral Scrollwork Tea Cup & Saucer Circa 1939+
Nice vintage bone china tea cup and saucer. The cup is decorated in green on the outside. The inside of the cup and the saucer are decorated with green and gold flowers, leaves, and scrolls. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom Aynsley England Bone China. This mark was used starting in 1939. Also marked with the pattern number 1399 in gold.
Has some wear to the gilding and some usage wear, but otherwise good condition.
The cup measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide including the handle x 2 5/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide.
