    AYNSLEY COTTAGE GARDEN Elephant Figurine Dish with Secret Hidden Compartment. Not sure of the back story on this one.  Definitely Cottage Garden pattern but it’s not marked, and the bottom of the piece is half glazed. Perhaps a manufacturing defect or perhaps a reproduction.  I can’t find one like it to compare.  Looks like a figurine, but when you lift it there is a lid on the bottom and a hidden storage compartment inside for jewelry or trinkets.  If anyone knows anything about this piece, I’d love to learn more.  Approx 3” high.  No chips no cracks no repairs. Excellent condition.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
