    A:
    Quick-frozen steamed stuffed buns, quick-frozen steamed bread, quick-frozen dumplins, ect.
    2. Q: How many steam buns can be steamed at a time?
    A: The size of the shlef is 30cm*30cm(11.8''*11.8''). It will depend on the size of the steam buns. Generally speaking, 60 steam buns at a time.
    3. Q: Whether it can steam raw steamed stuffed buns?
    A: NO!!!!!!! The machine can not steam raw steam buns. It can only steam 7-8 points cooked food.
    4. Q: How long will it take to steam the steam buns?
    A: It will take about 20 minutes to steam the quick-frozen steamed stuffed buns.
    5  Q: How much water should be added into the machine?
    A: The water level indication has a maximum value and a minimum value. Add water as directed.

    Returns & Exchanges

    All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.

    Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be charged.

    Defective & Damaged Products
